Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good afternoon All. A drizzly day here.

I contacted the freight co an hour ago and was told the door will arrive towards the end of the week. :x

It does have a long way to go George, it's not like Temu that is the other side of the world and has the parcel here between a week and 12 days

Chin up T1...
It's raining here and maybe for a few hours.... hoping...
Yes Dave I will be taking photos.
I have been searching the web but can't find a video of the install, if anyone can find one it would be appreciated...I found one that mentioned that the new Dometic fresh jet 7 will fit in any existing aircon hole... that sounds good...cept... always something A..I don't know where it will fit with my solar panels...the old aircon is all undone and is just sitting on the roof.
Our daughter is arriving this morning and dropping off her little nipper caravan, I'm changing the solar panel for her and doing a lithium battery change and wiring her new fridge...no rest for the wicked 😁.
Keep safe everyone.
Bernie.
A quick Google search says it fits in the same dimensions as the Ibis 4, but that didn't fit where the previous version fitted. They extend further to the rear, so if the solar is close to the aircon and it is an earlier model than the Ibis 4, ya gotta move the solar.

I had an idea that there were at least two different hole in the roof sizes. I have yet to find any info on changing an old Coleman unit to a Dometic, that actually uses measurements that translate to usable info.

I believe all the air conditioner units are the same size hole, but roof vents come in two common sizes and a few oddball sizes.

Good morning.
Rain falling again this morning, only 12mm yesterday.
Daughter's caravan is here...
I'm changing like for like... Dometic to Dometic..on the motorhome.
If it's longer rearward I won't have a problem... fingers crossed 🤞.
The rain made it a inside day so nothing to do...😁😁.
I was hoping our daughter's van would fit in the car shed... missed it by that much...as Maxwell smart would say 😁😅.
So I can't work on it in the rain.
We have been getting flood forecasts in the North Burnett on my phone...
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Not correct Terry. There are 2 different cut-out sizes, 360 x 360mm and 400 x 400mm.
It's not much different, but you can't but a little one in a big hole without and adapter, so the experts say.

Good morning everyone. It a beautiful sunny morning here at Mulwala, the FiL is back in Yarrawonga Hospital, and it's going to be a good day.
Bernie, I could see on the radar earlier on that your area was copping a fair bit of weather. Your tanks would be filling up a bit now, wouldn't they.
I went over to Corowa to visit an old mate of mine yesterday. He's had a few medical setbacks lately and was feeling a bit sorry for himself. I'm hoping that I cheered him up a bit.
Safe travels everybody. Have a top day.
Cheers
