Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Shirley you are getting all the things that we used to call 'Queensland Summer Storms'. It's probably a result of the Pacific Diurnal Something or not. The boffins will find something. I call it the weather.
I just hope that the bushfires stay away from all of us, no matter where we are.
Cheers

Yeah, but Lake Macquarie is a fair bit down the coast from the Qld border ;). But, some refuse to believe it's climate change .... maybe the Australian islands are moving closer to the equator .... that would explain it ;)

Used the winch to drag the roof remains back over the top of itself at the house remains, so I could get access to drag the steel bench and toolbox closer to the downward slope beside the house. Shovelling the remains of the motorhome out the way and multiple repositioning of the winch rope and sling and the truck, I'm exhausted, hopefully I'll get more done tomorrow and Sunday, just in case the demo mob turn up on Monday, one never knows eh

It kind of amazes me that people can't accept that the weather is different to what it was. There is any amount of scientific data that shows that ocean temperatures are on the rise. The polar ice caps are shrinking and polar bears are being seen, where they generally haven't been seen before.
We know and accept that we have had an ice age in the past 20,000 years or so. So what's not to believe that the weather is becoming changeable.
Everything is in a constant state of flux, and nothing is forever.

Good morning everyone.
We had a day without any rain or wind...
My bad...it was Lady Musgrave island my daughter went to 🙄🙄.
I went and bought a new lithium battery for daughter...so she now has new victron controller and new battery.. she can now take her old/new one back for money back, hopefully with out to much drama...
The New battery is from Solar and Sat...5 year warranty and made in house....
I also went and started a claim for the damage to the awning... THEN...I lost the car 🤬😡😎 I forgot how. Many streets I walked looking... but. Finally there it was where I left it...not familiar with down town Bundy...
I'm a three veg and meat man....
Carol went swimming yesterday with the kids...and we are all going today...
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. Its a nice sunny morning here, but BoM says that's gunna change this arvo.
I know how you feel Bernie. I was geographically embarrassed the other day in the multi level carpark at the airport.
We are still finding little pieces of water balloon all over the yard after the water fight we had the other night. The little grandson wants to have another one when I next see him. Might be a bit cold in Vic by then though.
It's dog walking time, so have a great day everybody.
Safe travels all those out and about.
Cheers

Good morning All. 21* and still raining here.
We have had occasional very strong winds during the last couple of days. A neighbour to the rear of us had a large, approx 10M, blown over. It took out a section of colorbond fence and now the tree and fence are lying in the reserve, thankfully.

Julie has been planning our visit to the UK beginning early March for 6 weeks during which we will do some sightseeing with Leonie and Dylan. I am looking forward to it.

I am off to hospital next Tuesday, and the following one for cataract surgery.

Me too.

Lost the car at Tullamarine. Must have walked past it.

And lost the car in Denver. Parked it against the wall of the shopping centre. I ended up walking a lap to find it. Which was on the other side of the exit door.

When I had the mechanical workshop, I would often combine the banking with test driving the customers car. One Christmas period, I lost the car .... in a panic I first thought it might have been stolen, but it was a Holden Camira so I ruled that one out fairly quickly ..... after searching the huge parking lot at the Westfield complex where my bank was .... I finally remembered I'd parked on the roof  Got back to the workshop a few mins before the customer turned up, so they were none the wiser that I'd lost their car for a while
