Getting back to the OP...
Looks a lot like "Wotthehellizthat", an airport fire truck conversion I first came across in 2004/5 at Casino Village when it was a CMCA project.
It had an upstairs (pop-top) bedroom & rooftop verandah/deck with pop-up rails around the perimeter.
An amazing home conversion... and 6-wheel-drive!
Wish I'd taken some pix at the time.
