Re: A shot in the neck
How are you Terry?
I've been stabbing myself 4 times a day & definitely don't feel better but maybe in the neck might be better than in the stomach? lol
Take it easy mate..........

Re: A shot in the neck
I'll try for a new one next Wed at physio, only need to waer it for 2 or 3 days after the shoots in the neck but a spare wouldn't hurt so I still have one to wear while the other is drying.
Getting in the right postion for the X ray machine to get clear picture of where the dr wants to put the needle in is near as painful as the needle itself. I'm sure it takes a tissue sample like core drill each jab

T1,
All you need now is a shot in the left Gluteus Maximus and you've collected the whole set!

Re: A shot in the neck
Went to physio on wed morning, as I do every Wed morning for quite a few yrs, but this time I had the Cuppa collar on. My physio is aroung 5ft 13 and fairly well muscled up but his jaw dropped and he went all limp looking. I explained that th last lot of shots in the neck hadn't had a good result and since then I get a blinder headache if I spend too long without the Cuppa collar. I'm thinking, no worries he'll know just what to put back in place as usual and I'll be all good for a few days..... not gunna touch the neck this week.... bugga. So I tell him about the lft knee pain and the back pain and my left leg giving out on a trip to the mailbox resulting in a real spectacular face plant followed by an A over T landing.... well look at the back and see what we can find... great. So we do the usual left knee weight bag exercises and then I get the suction cup numbing machine on the back of the left kee as usual, then rolls another one in and the same on the back, so I'm pulsing a vibrating a few inches off the bed as they go in and out of phase with each other
Then with the very first thumb jab in the back he folds me up double backwards, puts the hot pack back on and I lie there for another 1/2hr. Then he takes the hot pack off the leg and back and says that's it for this week.... what about my back.... I ain't touching anything till it settles down... great
