Rain, Rain & no bloody rain!

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

I certainly feel like Coldilocks :D
Kept extra cattle on because of the dead market, then not enough rain meaning we would go into winter with not enough feed to get us through,
then good rain not to much for a wash out just good growth dams all full also lovely & warm so yes a bit of a fairy tale if we can hold till the prices lift fingers still crossed

Everything is going just so right ;)

Looks like we are in for a bucketing this week, some areas around SA expecting 100mm.

Out with the water wings and canoes again.

Just getting to see blue skies after 36hrs of continuous rain.
Our wood-burning heater was :? full of water this morning!
Siphoned it out... now we have to light a fire to dry it... temp here is 24 deg!
We'll have to get someone to look at the chimney, to prevent recurrences. :| :|

66mm in 24 hours!

No wonder everything got soggy!

At last!

Blue sky and no rain.

If it holds off another 24 hours I'll be able to trim the newly-planted grass which has gone berserk with the rain & the warmth.
