The strange thing is the water has not run from the other cells on to it either. The panel output I full sun will give the answer, if the current output is significantly less than the other panels of the same capacity then it would point to a shorted cell..... otherwise it means you now need to polish the rest of the panel, that cell has repelled the water quite well :lol:

EDIT: If it is an aged cell but still looks good over all, it might just be a case of cell-u-lite..... :D

Ah if you had seen the video I have seen the other day about how the lets say northern neighbours are making plastic food, not for display but consumption you would not be joking about silicone berries.
And a friend has eaten the noodles they make the same way, enter the body and exit it exactly the same, only nutrient you get is from the sauce.
