Alternatively... if the decal has craze lines through it, try applying your preference of turpentine, gum turpentine, diesel or WD40, etc. This will soften hardened adhesive, and often allow you to get started with removal. You may need a few applications, or to holding a soaked rag against the surface.

A "caramel wheel" can also work wonders. Search eBay... they're about $20.

I'm not really surprised Roy can't easily supply a replacement decal.
Toms van is going on 8yo old now from his profile, and designs have probably been updated in that time.
It would be very difficult to keep fresh stocks of older layouts, but he should be able to have one done, however cost of a 'one of' job would be prohibitive I'm afraid.

After some hail damage on the van that necessitated replacement of side aluminium the van repairer replaced all our faded decals, the van was some six years old so doubt he would have purchased off manufacturer - they look like original designs. It was an insurance job so don't know cost of decal replacement
Perhaps take photos of layout, size before removing decals and shop around
