It means that if that rotten scratch-an-itch hadn’t wrecked the first Apple we wouldn’t now have people arguing that Windoze is a sensible, intuitive OS!

s & viruses in t’other OS...
Still no proper OS viruses on ‘our’ side, only malware hidden in MS Office docs etc, which makes them not Apple-specific.
