Is it an A174 tranny Terry?
Ummm....... Ray, do you know? I haven't had a chance to do much more than push it around the yard and get the start battery out cause it's dead flat ... but I have got it on a charger now, is that a plus on the score board?

Some say dont solder...???

I did try them once, be ok for an emergency repair I guess so worth putting in the break-down kit, but they won't melt with a cigarette lighter enough to do the job, need one of those flame thrower things from Jay Car https://www.jaycar.com.au/pocket-gas-torch/p/TH1610 but a bit of heat shrink and solder the wire ends together makes a much better join that you can be confident won't end up as a dry joint. You can also use a Boot-Lace ferrule https://rhinotools.com.au/product-categ ... -ferrules/ with the plastic bit removed and one of these https://www.jaycar.com.au/crimping-tool ... s/p/TH1834 with a bit of heat-shrink slide up the wire first so you can slide it back over the joint to insulate it. If the wire is heavier than 6mm auto cable (4.5mmsq) then you need a proper crimp lug to either join cable lengths or add a bolt down terminal on the end, you can find them on the Rhino site as well ... we have them in bulk if you only need a few, postage can be the killer though.

Spose I should, prolly need to replace the double sided tape soon anyway... :P

Dont forget a wire for this doo dadd ... Image

Open inspections start next week, makes ya wonder, live in the Espie so we dont have to clean the land humpy every inspection...???

There's a hole in my roof and it's letting in water (sung to the tune of "hole in my shoe"...!!!)

vik...
Which hatch will the doo dadd need the wiring, the one behind the air con or the shower cubicle hatch?

You can see the bits that came out of the Avida roof over on the Avida stuff thread, I'll save them for you so you can glue them back in if you like. I'd be more concerned about the great big hole where the centre hatch is wide open, that will let a lot more water in I reckon

Can I run it up through the solar conduit and junction box and along the solar panel mount frame an have it enter from the roof side? Or does it need to go trough the roof cavity that isn't a cavity at all? :?

I did have visions of getting power from the shower fan and drilling a cavity through the roof foam with this doodadd tool I have, so that might be the go then...???

The less stuff on the roof the better eh...???

If you get it from the shower fan you'd probably need that one switched on for the 'new' one to work unless you get the feed from the switch. (live side)

Sorta right Bruce, the shower fan has it's switch in the housing tingo, so I will get juice before the fan switch... BUT for that to work ya have to activate the house panel (sorta main switch) which is OK by me...

Keep the reports on T1's work comin in to... ;)

PS, there is a beer in the fridge for yaz... :P

vik... Turn it on first...!!! :|

Don't think the wiring through the master switch box or from there to the shower fan is heavy enough to run the shower fan as well as one of those max air vents, the max air vent does draw quite a bit of current while opening the vent hatch, could be the death of one of those circuit boards if it does draw more than it was designed to handle.
As far as turning beer on ..... not sure I want to know how you do that or how you know how to do that  But I will check the M/H fridge and transfer some to the workshop fridge, just to keep them from overheating of course 8-)
