
I gave the Cuppa Collar a scrub last night to clean it up a bit. I never realised how bad it had got till I looked in the mirror just before heading out for the dr/work placement officer case conference. It looked like I'd dribbled my coffee off my chin and in a "V" down the front of it.
I'll try for a new one next Wed at physio, only need to waer it for 2 or 3 days after the shoots in the neck but a spare wouldn't hurt so I still have one to wear while the other is drying.
Getting in the right postion for the X ray machine to get clear picture of where the dr wants to put the needle in is near as painful as the needle itself. I'm sure it takes a tissue sample like core drill each jab

but when they squeezed the stuff in hurt the most this time, felt like the soft spot under the left ear was going to pop and my left shoulder pop out of it's socket. The first lot didn't hurt near that much so I'm glad I had them first and not this lot first or I'd never be going back
