Solar controller
Solar controller
I am thinking of fitting a single panel to my 4wd toad. I have bought a small fridge for it and was thinking of fitting a second battery and a panel. What is a basic reliable controller for a single panel.?

Thank's Terry. arrived today. Now I got to find the time to get to the Beenleeh markets. There is a chap there that has used batteries, I don;t know where from but they include deep cycle etc for $50 or so. I think he sources them from wrecked vehicles.

Re: Solar controller
Maybe they source them from motorhomes that are in the parking lot and their owners are looking for cheap batteries
Ask them over on the CF, they seem to think used AGM batteries are a sellable item
