Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Tomatoes grow great in hydroponics and that's definitely wet feet  Growing pumpkins is a feat I am yet to achieve, great vines, lots of flowers, no pumpkins.

Had a crack at spray repainting one of the gas tanks in the wind and wild weather yesterday, the day before I tried brush painting and it looked like it was done by one of the great masters, the brush strokes and different shades, all from the one paint pot, so I thought spraying it might return better results .... fortunately the side bin doors will cover it ..... it possibly looked better with the brush strokes

Terry, if you want to grow pumpkins, you need to keep the runners up off the ground and don't use any sprays on anything. Pumpkins need bees or blowflies to pollinate. Round-up is the best way to kill bees and thereby your chances of getting a decent crop.
You can pollinate them yourself, but it must be a moonlight night and it's bloody tedious.
Hydroponic tomatoes taste pretty ordinary, if you want my opinion. Just ask the bloke that makes my sauce.

That would be me. :D

All our tomatoes and pumpkins are from previous meals and grew from the compost ..... do you have to offer the pumpkin flowers candy before you violate them in the middle of the night

Tomatoes are for holding pepper and salt and grated cheese on top, or making spag bog, and the flavours involved there have very little to do with the tomatoes

Do you add chokos and apple to your tomato sauce Dave, or is that a well kept secret that you aren't even sure of these days ;)
